Successfully delivered 800-type double-shaft shredder to Chile

April 28, 2025- Today, the 800-type double-shaft shredder independently developed by Henan Kaidi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully completed the packing and loading process and officially set off for Chile. The equipment will serve a leading local resource recycling company, marking an important step in our business expansion in the South American market.

The 800-type double-shaft shredder delivered this time uses a high-strength alloy blade shaft and an intelligent control system, which can efficiently process a variety of industrial and domestic waste such as metals, plastics, and wood, with a maximum processing capacity of 1 ton/hour. Its modular design is easy to maintain, and its low energy consumption and low noise characteristics meet international environmental standards, especially suitable for the Chilean market's urgent need for sustainable solutions.

To ensure the safe arrival of the equipment, the technical team carried out rust-proof treatment on the key components of the fuselage and customized reinforced wooden boxes to resist the risks of long-distance shipping.
