Core technology analysis:
1. Hydraulic feeding system-say goodbye to the traditional manual feeding mode, the equipment has a built-in hydraulic propulsion device that can automatically stack materials, and adjust the feeding speed in real time through the pressure sensor, while improving the feeding efficiency by 300%, completely solving the risk of material jamming.
2. Hob shredding module-the spiral staggered cutter disc group made of alloy steel forms a gradient shear force field under the action of the motor and reducer. According to actual measurements, even super-hard plastics such as car bumpers and PET ton bags can be quickly decomposed into uniform fragments of 15-50mm, and the tool life is 2.8 times longer than similar products on the market.
