KD-600 copper wire granulator is packed and shipped to Thailand

[Zhengzhou/China, April 9, 2025] - Kaidi Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the packing of its advanced KD-600 wet copper wire granulator system, which was shipped from Zhengzhou, Henan today to Bangkok, Thailand. The shipment marks another milestone in the company's expansion into the Southeast Asian market.

This advanced granulator system is customized for a leading cable recycling company in Thailand. The KD-600 model can process 500-800 kg of scrap copper wire per hour and is equipped with a dust removal system, with a metal recovery rate of more than 99.9%, which is particularly suitable for Thailand's tropical climate conditions.

The 600 wet copper wire granulator is designed to efficiently separate copper and plastic insulation from scrap cables with a recovery rate of more than 99%. The equipment is equipped with water circulation technology to minimize dust and noise pollution while ensuring the output of high-purity copper, which is in line with Thailand's increasing emphasis on sustainable industrial practices.

The equipment has been rigorously tested and disassembled into modular components to ensure safe transportation. KEDM’s engineering team oversaw the packaging process, using custom crates and shock-absorbing materials to ensure safe delivery. The equipment is expected to arrive at the Port of Bangkok in [3 weeks] and will be reassembled on site by KEDM’s technical experts.
