KD400 environmentally friendly copper wire granulator sets sail for Vietnam

On April 15, 2025, with the final inspection and confirmation of the packing, the KD400 fully automatic copper wire granulator independently developed by Henan Kaidi Machinery Co., Ltd. officially departed from Zhengzhou and was sent to Haiphong City, Vietnam. The equipment will be used in the local wire waste resource treatment project, marking another important breakthrough for China's high-end environmental protection equipment in the Southeast Asian market.

The KD400 copper wire granulator exported this time adopts an integrated design of "crushing-sorting-dust removal". Through multi-stage physical separation technology, it can achieve a 99% copper-plastic separation efficiency and a processing capacity of 200-300kg per hour. The equipment is specially equipped with an intelligent sensing system to meet the needs of Vietnamese customers for intelligent and low-energy environmental protection equipment.

The Vietnamese partner said: "The copper wire granulator made in China has significant advantages in cost-effectiveness and technical adaptability. The KD400 equipment introduced this time will help us improve the standardization level of waste wire processing, which is expected to reduce the labor cost of the production line by 40% and improve the purity of metal recovery to a new standard."
